The instruction finder needs JavaScript
This tool walks you through your program, medication, pharmacy and vial so the
instructions you see match the vial in your hand. That matching step is what keeps it safe,
so it will not run with JavaScript switched off.
What to do instead:
- Turn JavaScript on in your browser settings and reload this page.
- Or call the care team on (949) 818-8000 ×2 and we
will read your instructions to you.
- Or message us from the patient portal.
In the meantime, your pharmacy label is the authority on your dose. Do not inject
anything you cannot match to the label with your name on it.
